HapKiDo History
Hapkido was founded by DoJuNim Choi young sul in Korea .
GM Choi went to Japan has a young boy and lived with Daito Ryu Aiki JuJitsu Soke Sokaku Takeda in Japan for 30 years .
Was known has the great eastern school because Soke Takeda was a mixed martial artist whom study under three different teachers in the art of sword fighting , wrestling , and Jujitsu .such has Saigo Tanomo , Toma Shibuya , and Sakaibara Kenkichi .
When Takeda passed away Choi moved back to Korea
Choi started teaching martial arts that he learned in Japan and while he was looking for a job he was in line at the brewery company to get a job when a fight broke out in that line it was said Choi defended himself against five to eight other men . The owner of the Brewery company's son seen this , his name was Seo Bok Seob .
